Biography

Having lent her voice to such brands as dyson, Microsoft, GoDaddy, eBay, Samsung, and Nike, to name a few, Dervla has accomplished some humbling milestones in her 7 years pursing voiceover as a career. But although she had a strong foundation to launch from, including years of acting and singing experience, along with ongoing coaching from top industry professionals, she truly believes she would not have gotten as far as she has without the support of an accountability group (which she now also calls good friends). Having a lucrative career in this industry, although a dream for many, is not for the faint of heart. It requires resilience and persistence, and having an accountability group to help celebrate the ups and support the inevitable downs is a valuable tool in a voice actor’s tool-belt. Dervla can’t wait to share her insight into how to create a strong, lasting, and valuable accountability group for yourself.
